市場拓展方面,在與飛馬國際集團(香港)合作佈局首個換電站的基礎上,GV遠見集團正積極與香港當地數家大型物流企業洽談,並已達成初步合作意向。這些物流企業擁有大量新能源物流車輛,對換電服務有迫切需求。透過合作,遠景將為其客製化專屬換電解決方案,打造集換電、電池管理、車輛維護於一體的綜合服務體系。預計至2025年底,宏旺將為合作物流企業建置20座專屬換電站,涵蓋香港主要物流運輸路線,滿足物流企業高頻次換電需求,為香港綠色物流發展貢獻。

Recently, Visionary Holdings (NASDAQ: GV) has continued to make efforts in the field of battery swapping for new energy vehicles in Hong Kong. After obtaining a US$1 billion financing from Qatar's Alfardan Group and entering the loan process, it has also achieved breakthrough progress in technological research and development and market expansion, once again attracting high attention from the capital market. In terms of technological innovation, Visionary has reached a deep cooperation with an international top scientific research team to jointly develop a new generation of intelligent battery swapping technology. In terms of market expansion, based on the cooperation with PEGASUS International Group (Hong Kong) to lay out the first battery swapping station, Visionary is actively negotiating with several local large logistics enterprises in Hong Kong and has reached preliminary cooperation intentions. These logistics enterprises have a large fleet of new energy logistics vehicles and have an urgent demand for battery swapping services. Through cooperation, Visionary will customize exclusive battery swapping solutions for them and create an integrated service system that integrates battery swapping, battery management, and vehicle maintenance. It is expected that by the end of 2025, Visionary will build 20 exclusive battery swapping stations for the cooperating logistics enterprises, covering the main logistics transportation routes in Hong Kong to meet the high-frequency battery swapping needs of logistics enterprises and contribute to the development of green logistics in Hong Kong.
